Animal Planet did this amazing 3-hour tribute last night to Steve! It was so amazing and I cried through half of it!! Can't believe it's been a whole year already!! We, here in the U.S., miss him everyday. He has a massive fan base here! It's so nice to see the family doing well. The kids are getting so big!
We also watched a tribute on Princess Diana over the weekend. It's been 10 years already and I still remember the day she died so vividely! So sad.
And Sept. 11 is right around the corner. My cousin, my infant 1st cousin, and 2 uncles also died this month. Geez, September is a depressing month!

September 4th was such a sad day. I did make a banner to put on my blog but used it on my online mothers group instead. I really hope Terri, Bindi, Bob and the rest of Steve's family/friends/workmates managed to get thru the day. He was such an awesome bloke, still cant belive he is gone :(
I also remember the exact moment I was told about Princess Diana, too. We lived in Goolwa and I just got in the car to go to a friends place and I heard it on the radio as I pulled out the drive. I pulled back in and raced in to tell Rhys (we werent married then just dating). I was in absolute shock.
Same as Sept 11. It was around midnight when I got up to Tayla, then 6 months old. She wouldnt settle, I turned on the TV to see something had hit one tower only to see the 2nd plane hit. I sat and watched the news til about 4am thinking I need to go to bed but just couldnt belive what I was seeing live on TV! So sorry to hear family wise too that september isnt a good month either. Actually Australia lost another top icon almost a year ago and that was our legendary race car drive Peter Brock Australia lost 2 legends in one week :(
But on a happier note Dylan is sitting up now!! Not sure if I mentioned it on my blog either, will get some pics tomorrow. Its Jordan's 8th birthday too tomorrow!!!!
